濃濃的清淡

煮滾開水裏放一把鹽、少許油與胡椒。

火腿切片放進水裏,蓋子裏蒸氣翻滾,什麼都看不見。

數分鐘時間,火漸調慢。椰菜切絲放進湯裏,菜香清澀撲鼻。

然後,什麼都沒有,就是這樣。

濃濃的清淡。
